Samsung I8000 Omnia II has features which almost identical with HTC touch hd, this includes connectivity options like HSDPA, WIFI, Bluetooth and GPS navigation. Samsung I8000 Omnia II OLED screen displays 800×4800 pixels and measures 3.7 inches.

On the top of the phone it has 3.5mm audio port and micro usb port for charging and pc connectivity. Samsung I8000 Omnia II has touchwiz 2.0 interface. The homescreen is replaced with widget interface which can be customize to your like by choosing to the list. Notifaction icon is top of the screen and sometimes it difficult to tap on beacause they are so small but with the omnia II tapping anywhere in the top will bring up the large version for easier access. Pressing start will bring you an icon based menu system, and menu pages can be expanded to 10 pages.

In Samsung I8000 Omnia II has one thing which is very liked is task switcher, it shows you what apps are running in the background and let you switch between them eaisly. Proximity sensor for screen auto turn-off and ambient light sensor is also available in this smartphone.

It has 16 gb internal memory and through microsd card you can upgrade your memory to 32gb. GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE, 3G HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps, WLAN, Bluetooth and Usb is included. In multimedia option  5 MP camera is available with 2592 x 1944 pixels, autofocus, LED flash
and Geo-tagging, face and smile detection, mobile blogging features.
