Nokia N96 is a very special phone with special features, it is a slider phone. N96 looks and feels like a high end device and this phone is popular for those who are style consious.  N96 is relatively large and as compare to N95 its  is longer and wider, 103 x 55 x 18 mm, 92 cc is the dimention of this mobile phone. 5 mega pixcel camera is in the back of the device.

In connectivity this mobile has everything accept Infrared, it has GPRS, EDGE, 3G of 3.6 mb speed, WLan and Bluetooth and Usb is also performance has been greatly improved on the N96. It has DVB-H and is a broadcast (multicast) technology and is able to provide higher quality pictures. It comes with 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and Carl Zeiss optics and it might give superior still images in low light conditions. FM radio is also present which comes in Nseries but it also supports RDS, it has audio output options with a choice of 3.5mm audio jack, headphone, Tv Out and stereo audio Bluetooth  or the integrated stereo speakers. It has built-in 16 GB storage with 128 MB RAM and microsd card slot which can expand memory upto 8gb. It has WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML, RSS reader Browser.
